Meet Our Principal:

Cattani Frye

Hartsfield Elementary is proud to welcome Cattani Frye as its new principal. Ms. Frye is a dedicated educational leader who is passionate about fostering academic excellence, developing teachers, and creating a positive school culture where every student is empowered to succeed.

Ms. Frye brings extensive experience in educational leadership, having served as a Teacher Development Specialist, Assistant Principal, Principal Apprentice, and now Principal. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on improving instructional practices, strengthening teacher effectiveness, and using data-driven decision-making to increase student achievement. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that every child deserves access to high-quality instruction in a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Ms. Frye earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida Metropolitan University, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Schreiner University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Administration at East Texas A&M University. 

As principal, Ms. Frye is committed to building strong partnerships with students, families, staff, and the community. She believes that student success is achieved through collaboration, high expectations, and meaningful relationships. Her vision for Hartsfield Elementary is to cultivate a culture where every student is challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential while ensuring every family feels welcomed and valued.

Principal Frye is honored to serve the Hartsfield Elementary community and looks forward to working alongside families and staff to provide an exceptional educational experience for every student. Together, the Hartsfield community will continue to grow, achieve, and prepare students for lifelong success.
